Parker Garage is a Chef driven culinary inspired restaurant located right in the heart of downtown Parker. It has been designated as a Parker landmark and was restored back to it's original state in 2014. Executive Chef, Duy Pham, has been an innovator in Denver's dining scene for over 25 years. His intention based menu unites refined dining and local seasonal ingredients.

Award-winning Chef Duy Pham is the Executive Chef of Parker Garage. By crafting an intention-based menu with thoughtfully chosen local, seasonal ingredients, Chef Pham consistently maintains a passion for preparing food with the utmost integrity and inspired presentation. Pham is a culinary artist who is committed to delivering a refined dining experience. He takes an architectural approach to cuisine, incorporating design, creation and construction from ingredient selection to presentation. This approach has captured the curiosity and attained the admiration of the culinary world over the past 25 years.

Skilled in the French technique of sous-vide, Chef Pham has a long and impressive history that began at the tender age of 15 as a Prep Cook at Denver’s La Petit Gourmet Catering. Although Pham’s talent was immediately recognized, his heart was set on being an architect. It wasn’t until he trained under Certified Master Chef® and culinary Olympic gold medalist Robert Mancuso at The Normandy that Pham realized the artistic application and architectural foundation of culinary art -- a brilliant realization at the age of 18.

Following his training, Pham began working as a Line Cook at the award-winning Tante Louise, where he quickly moved up the ranks to Sous Chef and then Executive Chef. Pham’s talent and precise culinary craft continued to catch the attention of those around him, including owner Corky Douglass who sponsored Pham to study under legendary French Chef Jean-Louis Palladin.

In 2002, Pham left Tante Louise to open the acclaimed Denver-based restaurant Opal, which received numerous awards including the Westword‘s “Best New Restaurant” and "Best Gourmet Burger” (2002). After Opal, Pham served as the Executive Chef of Luna Hotel and was a consultant to both the famed Wolfgang Puck Corporation and Denver hot spot Sushi Den before becoming the Executive Chef and Owner at Restaurant Fifteen Twenty One in Pueblo, which earned the distinction of “Best Restaurant between Denver and Santa Fe” in the AAA Mobile guide.

When he’s not in the kitchen, Chef Pham enjoys raising chickens or hunting down vintage Super Mario arcade machines.

A Colorado native raised near Parker, Meghan Gold brings nearly a decade of promotional marketing experience in the beverage industry to her role as Marketing Director at Parker Garage. She has fond memories of visiting Parker as a child with her mom where they would purchase farm-fresh goods from a local farmer. Her past experience, passion for engaging with people and knowledge of the industry combine for the perfect fit.

Prior to Parker Garage, Gold worked in marketing and promotions for Mile High Promotions before becoming the Promotions and Marketing Manager for Western Beverage/Miller Brewing Company where she coordinated monthly educational and promotional events in local bars and restaurants, developed and managed marketing strategies, and oversaw a 20-person marketing staff dedicated to promoting the company’s beverage brands and products. In 2010, Meghan joined ESPN Radio as an Account Executive, where she developed the marketing team and managed both sales and marketing for the radio station.

Brent Walker is the Operating Owner of Parker Garage with over 20 years of experience in the restaurant and beverage industry. In addition to two decades of industry experience, Brent brings authentic charisma and talent to Parker Garage from his expansive food & beverage knowledge and commitment to delivering guests the full dining experience from the moment they enter the restaurant.

His knowledge and contributions come from both domestic and international culinary and beverage travels. Walker also draws on his deep-rooted relationships with vendors to bring Parker Garage patrons distinctive offerings.

Before Parker Garage, Walker was the U.S. Regional Manager for the 30+ year-old Earls Restaurants Ltd. He established the first Earls restaurant in Colorado at Park Meadows in 1999, which quickly made its mark as a hot spot and helped Walker claim his stake in the U.S. restaurant industry. Before he knew it, Walker was referred to as “Earl of the U.S.” Pioneering the challenge of recreating an established and respected Canadian brand in the United States, Walker embodied the personality and fostered the reputation of Earls in Colorado just as he had done for locations across Canada since the early 90s. Walker expanded the Earls restaurant presence throughout Colorado with the 2007 opening of Earls | Glenarm on the 16th Street Mall, followed by Earls | Cherry Creek in 2009. Prior to his role in the U.S., Walker was the General Manager at Earls | Tin Palace in Edmonton— the longest-running establishment within the Earls collection.

At Parker Garage, Walker is focused on delivering an exceptional dining experience to his guests and delivering local, hand-selected, seasonal ingredients brilliantly prepared.
